Winter Series Round 1

Doors open 8am

2 rounds of practise starting at 8.45am. Second round being seeded and best 3 consecutive laps.

4 rounds of qualifying. Round by round with best two to count.

1 final for all.

With the lower numbers. We will make sure it’s a minimum of an hour between rounds.

Cafe will be open 8am to 3pm.

All chairs and tables MUST have rubber bungs on them. The college have invested in a new floor and we need to protect it.

All LiPos must be charged in a LiPo Safe or closed bag. No exceptions.

Numbers are looking low in 4wd and vintage for next week. Currently we need a few more in each class to make it viable to run them.

2wd is about 70% full…

Junction 16 Racing are hosting a meeting this weekend at Silverstone Museum. 2wd Saturday. Then 4wd and vintage racing on Sunday….

We’re working on an exciting format for this one-off event, with more details to be announced!

Control tyre: Schumacher Mezzo on the rear (2WD & 4WD)

For this event there is no limit of the quantity of tyres - a chance to use up your part-worns from summer events.

There is no control tyre for trucks.

📍 Event Location

The RC Museum Masters will be held in the area directly outside Silverstone Museum.

Pitting will also be in this area. You’re welcome to bring gazebos but please bring weights rather than pegs.

Power will be available but you will need an extension lead.

Facilities available including toilets and café.

Free parking.
