🏆 — BELLA

Bella was constantly pressing and causing problems for the Mawsley defence, and she deservedly got her reward with a well-taken goal. She’s been a huge addition to the team this season and continues to show exactly what she can bring to the squad.

With the top goalscorer award in her sights, the sky really is the limit for Bella. Keep pushing! ⚽🔥

Blisworth Blizzards 3–1 Oundle Town

Blisworth Blizzards continued their unbeaten start to the season with a hard-fought 3–1 victory over Oundle Town, sending the Blizzards into second place in the league.

Blisworth started brightly and were rewarded before half time when Bella opened the scoring, sending the team into the break with a deserved 1–0 lead.

Halfway through the second half, Chloe produced a goal-of-the-season contender, striking a brilliant half-volley from outside the box to double Blisworth’s advantage and make it 2–0.

Oundle responded shortly afterwards with a goal of their own, setting up a tense 15 minutes.

Then came the decisive moment. Bella broke through the Oundle defence once again, keeping her cool to finish neatly into the bottom corner and complete her brace, securing a 3–1 victory.

Another excellent team performance, another three points and, most importantly, the Blizzards remain unbeaten.
