Hi Everyone,

We are going to be offering up three quarters of our video warehouse for rent. We really only use the back of the unit for storage, so everything else is up for grabs. There is the large space in front of the mezzanine level, plus the whole of the mezzanine level, 540 sq ft, in total. Access is 24/7 and security is awesome. We are protected by 12 foot industrial scale fencing, paid for and operated by the big corporate who owns the site. CCTV is 24/7. Plus once onto the site, we are a warehouse within another warehouse, with two lockable roller shutters.

The mezzanine has four electrical sockets, surround sound system and brand new 50 inch TV, which takes casting from your phone. There are two electric sockets at the front of the unit downstairs. There is also water inside the unit and outside a shared WC, which is not the usual industrial horror show. Room for two cars to park FREE inside the covered and shared outer warehouse.

Would suit a variety of uses, just take a look and if you know anyone who may find it useful, please just get in touch.

I can offer flexible terms, easy in easy out etc etc but for longer term commitment it will be cheaper. There are so many configurations of how it can be used, pricing is on a per application basis, depending upon how much of the unit you need. So as not to put anyone off, it will be in the hundreds per month not the thousands and there is zero rates to pay.

We are situated in North Shields, on West Chirton Industrial Estate, NE29 8RZ.

Down in Kent at a wedding. I looked over the road and their was Lotus Kent. We have a full range of covers for the new Lotus Emira. So we naturally made our excuses and popped in to get this stunning dark green Emira on video. Thank you Lotus Kent 😉👍.

We say goodbye to the gorgeous KXIO BWA. A three pack, 2010 S2 Exige with the last iteration of body styling produced from the Lotus factory. She was in to establish exact dimensions for our Metallic special edition Prestige Plus cover range. We can do anything from Sprint colours to Type 25/49. One of our best customers in the USA, just took delivery of this fabulous classic BMW collection and came to us for all the Prestige Plus Custom indoor car covers. Main logo across the bonnet was done in mega sized vinyl to cover the bonnet. Front grill logo’s are all new digitised embroidery. The effect, a rather stunning collection, beautifully covered.

Just in for patterning today, this stunning Westfield Mega S2000. Our customer wants an outdoor cover that can double up as a transport solution. So we are tailoring one of our Super-Shield Ultra covers for use with a transport strapping kit. We are doing this for all variants of Westfield, Caterham, MK Indy, Tiger and Lotus 7 type cars. We will be producing a range to cover all wide body, narrow body, caged, roll bar, or no roll bar cars.

Why not get to the track with a dry clean car!!
