Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Panel Be**er at West Chirton Accident Repair Centre. The Panel Be**er will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels, using a wide range of techniques and equipment. The day-to-day tasks include assessing damage, removing dents, welding, sanding, and finishing panels to a high standard. The Panel Be**er will also work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications
• Experience in panel beating, vehicle maintenance, and repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and tools used in automotive repair
• Supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team
• Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
• Experience with computerized estimating systems is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive repair
