Just finished up another Oval port CR140 Hybrid Build.

This one testing a new style hybrid from GP Turbos for these utilising the larger round port unit welded onto the oval manifold. Allowing a genuine 56 mil compressor wheel.

Overall a great spooling unit allowing 1.9 bar boost at 2400rpm!

Fitted with the following:
- 3” Downpipe.
- 4 bar map sensor.
- 56 mil hybrid.

Now running 230hp+ & 500nm of torque.

Almost 100hp gains over stock.

Clean mk6 golf CR140 to get set up.

Customer travelled 4.5 hours for tuning!

Fitted the following:

✅ GP Turbos 56 mil Hybrid
✅ Full Straight Thru
✅ 4 bar map sensor

Stock clutch etc. Almost 100hp gains!

5 map revisions before fuelling and boost was dialled perfectly.

Running 2 bar boost.

Stock 140hp
Tuned 230-235hp & 500nm

Just finished a hybrid unit for a customers 1.6HDi waggon with upgraded wide pad thrust bearing assembly' 49mm tall blade extended tip billet compressor wheel' cut back blades on turbine wheel and custom blue powder coated compressor housing 😎

Another Garrett GT3076R Hybrid built for a customers Honda DC5 😎 this thing will boogie 👌

Custom built GT3076R with machined compressor housing and custom 7X7 tall blade with extended tips billet compressor wheel for Rogers Subaru. The wheel its self is larger in every way and yet it weighs in at aprox 25 grams lighter and flows a serious amount more air over the cast stock wheel 😎
