Please note that my opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

I work alone in my workshop so if I do not pick up the phone to answer your call I am probably working on a customers bike and cannot drop it. Please call back later.

Telephoning me at 9.35 pm to ask if fitting a chain and sprocket is something I can do, or something equally non-urgent, is NOT in order. Of course I can! I'm a fully qualified motorcycle mechanic, but PLEASE telephone me during opening hours and not when it is approaching bed time.
