For this Volkswagen Transporter T6 Kombi, our customer needed the front cab area separated from a workable rear load space while maximizing the available space and allowing access for carrying long items when needed.

We custom-designed and built a bulkhead to maximize the rear space, featuring an opening door that can be removed to allow access to the front when the front seat is removed, which is easily done. In the rear, we ply-lined the load space with a grey Hexagrip floor and our Koala ply on the sides and door panels.

We also designed and manufactured our Vanstor modular custom wooden racking system for the right and left sides of the load space. This system allows for carrying different types of toolboxes on the right and standard slim shelves on the left. For the ladders, the customer needed to carry two specific ladders, so we provided storage under one of the ladders for miscellaneous pipes and similar items.

To finish it off, we installed two LED light strips on the roof to provide better lighting than what came with the van as standard.

Last week we were very lucky to get the chance to carpet line this awesome new 2024 Ford Transit Custom L2 MSRT. For the van, we plylined the sides, floor, door panels and roof, and then we finished all the panels off with our 4 way stretch carpet, apart from the floor where we fitted our heavy duty van carpet to give more protection to the area that will get the most wear. For the roof we installed our hidden COB LED strip lights to give better and more atmospheric lighting.

**Renault Trafic van fitout**

The inside of this Trafic was fiited with a new plylining kit with a grey hexagrip flooring, custom wooden modular Vanstor shelving designed to the customers needs, LED strip lights and a pure sinewave inverter wired to leisure battery and split charge.

On the roof we fitted Van Guard Accessories Ltd ULTI Bar+ roof bars with rear roller and two maxi 3 meter pipe carriers and a mini amber LED light bar.

We also installed an AHD brake light reversing camera with mirror monitor, Thinkware dash cam with GPS and chevrons on the rear doors.
