🇯🇵 2009 Honda Civic Type R GT 🇯🇵

✔️ MOT - 13th August 2027
✔️ 133,000 miles - less than 8k a year so certainly not high
✔️ Service history - 8 recorded services and Exedy clutch kit
✔️ Freshly serviced including sparks
✔️ Full v5, MOT certificate etc
✔️ Zero crunching in any gears, no chain rattle at all, no hot or cold start issues, Vtec works as it should
✔️ Absolutely no paint fade or lacquer peel anywhere
✔️ Matching Michelin Pilot Sports all round
✔️ HPI clear - never written off or stolen, mileage is correct and no outstanding finance

Relatively standard example with only minor additions being the usual cold air intake and high flow sports cat, and while a standard car is nice, these do need these to give them that punch and zip, otherwise they’re a bit tame and asthmatic without them. All in all quite an honest example all round of what is a sought after hot hatch!

Will be ready for viewings on Wednesday once we have finished prep.
