Congratulations to Adele Dawson, our Logistics Manager, who is celebrating 15 years with MBNI Truck & Van.

Adele is one of those people who quietly keeps everything running behind the scenes. A true linchpin of the operation, her dedication, organisation and calm approach have made her an invaluable part of the team over the past 15 years.

When asked if she'd imagined she'd still be here all those years later, Adele laughed:

"Definitely not! It was a bit like joining the RAF โ€“ I didn't know if I'd be any good at it."

Safe to say... she was.

True to form, Adele was quick to credit the fantastic team around her, saying they make the job so much easier. And after receiving her Long Service Award from our Managing Director, Pauline, she simply smiled and asked...
