There’s something really special about customers who value good service ❤️
This lovely couple drove all the way up from Kingsbridge to have a dash camera professionally installed into their beautiful new Skoda Elroq Sportline — and their reason for choosing us says everything about why we do what we do.
On their previous car, they had a dash camera installed by a local garage. Once fitted, they simply asked:
“How do you use it?”
Unfortunately, the response was pretty much a shrug… the garage didn’t know and weren’t interested.
So when they changed vehicles, they decided they wanted a completely different experience.
Like most people do nowadays, they jumped onto Google, found us, read through our extensive customer reviews and instantly knew they’d be properly looked after.
For their new vehicle we installed the fantastic GNET G-ON2 PRO front and rear dash camera system to help protect their pride and joy on every journey 🚗💨
But for us, installation is only half the job.
Once everything is fitted neatly and professionally, we then connect the customer’s phone to the camera via WiFi and personally show them how to use the system and view footage — not once, but several times if needed. Because we know technology can be confusing, and we want every customer leaving confident and happy.
It’s this level of care, patience and aftersales support that has helped keep us in business for over 20 years 🙌
