Just tried out my new Milwaukee nibbler and it’s a game changer! Cutting out a round window in steel is so much easier and smoother compared to using a jigsaw or grinder. The only downside is the extra steel swarf it creates, which gets a bit messy. Totally worth it for the clean results!

I turned an empty van into a great versatile dog walking van.
It was great fun to be challenged with something a little different to our usual van conversions!

The floor is done! 👍🏻

Big milestone today—the flooring is officially laid in the van! And let me tell you, it's a game-changer. There's something so rewarding about seeing it all come together after planning, measuring, and cutting.
It’s starting to feel like a real home on wheels!

I went with insulated hardware vinyl with a wood effect, and it’s perfect. Not only does it look great—giving the van that cozy, warm feel—but it’s also tough and durable, which is a must for life on the road.

The floor makes the whole space feel more inviting and functional. I can't wait to start putting everything else in place and turning this van into the perfect little home-away-from-home

The old plywood has been removed, and after a thorough clean-up, it’s all prepped and ready for the next phase of the build. 🛠️🔧Stay tuned as I transform this space into a functional, cozy camper for future adventures. Really enjoying my most recent conversion, a Ford Transit LWB which will be used as a mobile training centre for Access Communication Services. Complete refurb on its way, including kitchen area and toilet. It's going to be a cracker!
