No fault codes? No problem.😌

This vehicle was brought in from one of our trade customers showing no fault codes and no power. Diagnostic testing was carried out by our specialist technicians, where they established the fault as a blocked charge cooler, we were then able to remove the part and restore it back to its original condition using our specialized cleaning machine. Everything was refitted and full vehicle power was restored, leaving another happy customer.

Our DPF machine can clean a range of parts effectively, such as EGRs and charge coolers, alongside parts from Heavy Goods Vehicles and Agricultural ones.

Did you know that Regeneration does not remove ash from your DPF?

On today’s episode we bust a common myth that DPFs can be cleaned with nothing more than high revs.

Whilst yes, that does burn off soot, it will not remove ash, nor give it the same quality of cleaning that it would get if it were to get if it were to be washed professionally.
