This is Ollie. He'd booked a van from the local branch of a global rental company, to move his brother home after finishing his degree at Cardiff University. When he arrived to collect his van, as is so often the case, there was no van for him. He was a bit concerned that his plans may be spoilt but he got on the phone to his friendly, reliable, family run rental firm (Us) and fortunately we had a van available which we could get him into. He was so happy that his plans weren't ruined, he said we could use him in our socials! Be like Ollie and avoid the stress...just book with a reputable company in the first place and don't put yourself through the pain!

I know they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but really, Hertz shouldn't be trying to pass themselves off as a friendly, family run rental firm in Cornwall. I know you wish your service was as good as ours but you need to stop, as what you're doing is illegal.
