I have been restoring a 1928 Dunelt Majestic made in Birmingham.

I made these levers for a chap that could not find the original ones anywhere.
They are made from 303 stainless steel.
There was some turning, welding and a lot of hand fettling.
The blades were cut from bar and hand ground to shape then polished.
The screws were temporary!

Had this Ariel 350 come up for a tidy up.
Seat needed sorting out.
Engine looked tired and had a few thread issues to sort out.
Magneto had been fitted with too long a return spring which went coil bound when you tried to advance the ignition and wrong carburettor fitted.
Some wiring issues were sorted and a correct front mudguard fitted.
Cleaned speedp inside and fitted the correct Bessel
A weeks work transform this bike into a lovely runner.

An extremely fine finish being created with extra-fine so as not to damage the body panels on this 1969 MkII Ford Cortina.
