EGR Cooler Replacement – Citroën Relay

The vehicle was brought into the garage for a mot and service, during the mot we advised the coolant leak and when carrying out the service we diagnosed where it was coming from due to a coolant leak. The EGR cooler was found to have a split plastic housing, causing coolant to leak from the system. The faulty EGR cooler was removed and replaced to resolve the leak and restore the cooling system’s integrity. The coolant level was checked and topped up as required, and the system was inspected for further leaks to ensure everything was operating correctly before the vehicle was returned to the customer.

We started by draining the old gearbox oil and replacing it with fresh oil and a new filter to help ensure the internal components remain properly lubricated. Rear Shock Absorber Replacement

We’d like to apologise for the lack of consistency with our posts over the past week.
