Hi everyone,

Please don't think we're being rude — we're incredibly grateful for all the support and business. However, with the current heatwave, we're receiving an overwhelming number of air conditioning re-gas requests.

We all knew some very hot days were coming, and unfortunately many customers have left their A/C re-gas until now. We only have two air conditioning machines and a very limited number of appointments available, so it's simply impossible for us to accommodate everyone on a walk-in basis.

We've been informing customers for some time that this situation was likely to happen, and we strongly advised booking in advance. Unfortunately, we are now at a point where we may have to turn some customers away.

Please understand that it's not because we don't want your business — quite the opposite. We just have far too many vehicles needing attention at the same time, and we're doing our best to help as many people as possible.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
