Appreciation Post!

I was just sat thinking about the some of the lovely comments that we’ve received recently from customers and I realised we probably don’t give thanks as much as we should do to our team.
So I thought I’d come on here just to say a huge thank you to Dan, Jim and Peter for all of your hard work.
You all show up, get on, and even if there’s any little hiccups along the way, you keep trying, improving and none of you give up.
The garage really wouldn’t be what it is today without you all!
Also I’d just like to say thank you to Joe, who works endlessly (quite literally), who puts his heart and soul into the garage and who definitely doesn’t get enough credit for what he does.
I appreciate you all just as much as all of our wonderful customers.

A quick note.

We are now back to a full team and have been since March but we are still currently booked up for 2/3 weeks. We will of course try and be as accommodating as we can but please bare this in mind when wanting to book your car in.
We understand things cannot always be planned such as break downs, but please always phone in advance as we have to honour the work that’s already booked in and we haven’t got the room for cars to just be dropped off and left.

As always thank you for keeping us so busy, we are always grateful to all of our customers new and old.

Wet Belt & Drive Belt replaced on this Ford Ranger last week for a customer.
Over time Wet Belt’s degrade from oil contamination, heat and wear.
This will cause the belt to weaken and eventually break apart.
Depending on the mileage and / or the age of your vehicle will depend on when you need to get the belt changed.

We had this Discovery 4 into investigate an oil leak.
After taking the body off we discovered that an Oil Seal had been incorrectly fitted previously, which was causing the leak.
We fitted a new Oil Seal and a new Diesel Pump Belt.
