🦌 BMW 840i – From Deer Strike to Showroom Finish! 🚗✨
This BMW 840i came into Premier Vehicle Care following an unfortunate collision with a deer, resulting in extensive damage across the front of the vehicle.
The front grille was completely destroyed, and once we removed the bumper, we discovered plenty more shattered plastics behind it — putting everything back together was certainly a bit of a jigsaw!
Rather than simply replacing the bumper, we were able to repair it using specialist plastic welding — and we’re particularly proud that the repair was carried out by one of our apprentices, who did a fantastic job. 👏
After the repairs came the paintwork, careful reassembly and a thorough deep clean — including the rather less glamorous job of removing the remaining evidence of the deer!
The finished result speaks for itself. Excellent paint finish, beautifully rebuilt and back looking as a BMW 840i should.
