Haven't posted a lot lately as just don't have the time, recent holidays and breaking 2 Astras aswell as working Retrofits it's very hard to find the time, which also means i haven't answered a lot of messages either so apologies if you're one of those people

This was AJ's Insignia, being a 2014 this car had the older HMI without Android Auto or Apple Car Play, not only does the new version add these upgrades, it's also a much faster module, so the radio no longer lags and has much more usability

We installed and programmed the new HMI with custom calibrations, replaced the USB Socket for a suitable socket to support Apple Car Play/Android Auto.and also software updated the radio too

We also included a 180° Reverse Camera factory programmed with moving guidelines and of course, instrument cluster add ons too including

Battery Voltage, Digital Coolant, G Force, Boost %, Oil Pressure(where supported) and Street Speeds from the Navigation

Vauxhall Adam S today for the Tyre Pressure Monitoring system removed

This customer had been swapping wheels regularly as the car is a show car and heavily modified

He didn't want to be swapping TPMS sensors regularly aswell so opted for removal, no fault lights, no menus remaining, as if the system was never there to begin with

Navi650 fitted to this Astra J VXR in place of the original CD400plus

Custom wiring made and installed, radio software updated, last available maps package added and Calibrated for the VXR

We also installed a Reverse Camera and Touchscreen conversion too

Vauxlink posted out to the customer for self fitting at a later date for Android Auto and Apple car play with Touchscreen

Android Auto Software update today for this 2016 Insignia

On a 2016, the insignia and Astra K with projection icon is also apable of Android Auto aswell as Apple car play, however to do this the HMI requires an OEM Software update.

This update consists of a USB Update then it requires Calibration afterwards.

Vauxhall Insignia tourer preface today with the Navi600 fitted for Reverse Camera retrofit

One of our 180° cameras installed and Navi600 recalibrated for reverse camera as if factory including moving guide lines

Nice upgrade for a large vehicle, this already had some damage to the rear hence the red parking sensors and why the owner opted for the camera to be fitted aswell

If only they were all this easy

This Astra J is one of the poorest specs available and it came to us with a smashed windscreen, we had a windscreen in an Astra Elite we were breaking, so this windscreen was swapped over to the white Astra J

Being a windscreen from an Elite this had the light and rain sensors built in. Luckily this car had all the wiring loom for this option already there, only a very small loom needed swapped from the Elite Astra, which plugs into the loom connector showing in the last picture located behind the interior light and then into the sensors on the windscreen

Once this was done, we swapped the headlight switch and custom programmed the car adding

✔️ Auto lights with Auto follow me home and welcome lights programmed
✔️ Auto Wipers
✔️ Lock feedback options enabled

A nice quick and easy job and a huge upgrade
