Northumbria Cars Service Centre is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician's to join our successful RAC Accredited & The Good Garage Scheme Approved Service Centre Team.

This exciting opportunity is due to our ongoing workshop expansion program which includes the addition an Autel Professional Diagnostic System to work alongside our current Bosch Systems.

We are a family run business based in next to the Metro Centre and have been trading for over 22 years. Our Northumbria Cars team are specialists in providing top quality RAC Approved vehicles to our customers, as well as offering a complete Aftersales support package whilst excelling in customer service.

We are RAC & Good Garage Scheme Approved and offer a full range of servicing and repairs options including: Diagnostic Investigation, Clutches, Timing Belts, Suspension Replacements, as well as offering a full range of Servicing options. Also, we have the ability to offer future Autel & Bosch Approved Development Training Programmes for development programs.

Understanding the importance of customer service is key in today’s growing automotive market, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of service and to do this, we are looking for a motivated, driven, dedicated individual to join our hardworking team . . . . . .

Who are we looking for?

When we recruit for Vehicle Technicians, we look for individuals who are experienced in all aspects of motor vehicle repair and diagnostics. As our ideal candidate, you will be qualified by way of previous mechanical experience or recognised achievement awards from collage or apprenticeship qualification certificates.

Previous experience of working in a high-volume workshop would be an advantage, although this would not be essential to be considered for the role.

We are looking for a diligent, hardworking person who thrives as a team member ensuring all work is completed to the highest possible standards to ensure our clients already fantastic experience.

All candidates must hold a full valid UK Driving License.*
