This Volkswagen Passat R36 is in with us for diagnostic work and a fresh set of rear brakes.

The customer reported that the electronic handbrake was inoperative. After investigating, we found that both rear handbrake motors had failed. These were replaced and correctly calibrated, along with a new set of rear discs and pads. 🔧

This S3 8V full engine build is coming along nicely! 🔧

After suffering a spun connecting rod bearing, we decided the only way forward was a complete engine build. This time, we’re upgrading the internals with WossnerUk forged connecting rods and pistons, paired with King Racing bearings for added strength and reliability.

Built properly and ready for plenty more power. 💪

The work includes a new cambelt and water pump, a full service, a complete supercharger rebuild, a full Powerflex Heritage bush kit, new brake lines from front to back, replacement brakes all round, new fuel lines, and much more, ensuring the car is returned to top mechanical condition.
