The hardest battles are often the ones that nobody else sees.
Over the last few months we've been filming the journey behind getting back into the driver's seat. Not just the rallies, but everything that came with it - the conversations, the setbacks, the doubts, and the small wins along the way.
I've always been someone who just gets on with things, but making this made me realise there's value in opening up. If this film encourages even one person to talk a little more, ask for help when they need it, or realise it's okay to struggle sometimes, then it's done exactly what I hoped it would.
I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who's been part of this journey. Adele, my family, friends, crew, Dai's family, and everyone who's supported me along the way. Our wedding reminded me that even in the toughest chapters, life can still give you moments you'll never forget.
This isn't about looking backwards. It's about moving forwards, appreciating the people around you, and starting a new chapter with a different perspective.
