We are looking for an Experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Millers Garage!

Salary IRO £45,000+ depending on experience.

It is a family run business that throughout the years has become a cornerstone of trust amongst its customers and the local community. We pride ourselves on a consistently high quality of workmanship, extensive investment in training and CPD. Creating an enjoyable workplace to unlock the full potential of our team.

Specialising mainly in BMW, VWAG, MERCEDES, JLR, VOLVO. We are advocates in carrying out repairs as the manufacturer would. We offer a ‘main dealership’ experience but with a more personal twist. Following manufacturer’s repair instructions and technical information always. Using main dealer diagnostic equipment (8+ Dealer tools) and an array of diagnostic tools.

We are also heavily invested in high voltage vehicle repairs, if this is something you are interested in, we would be happy to give you the time and training required to do great things.

We know that well looked after, motivated staff are central to delivering a great customer experience and therefore, as a new member of our team you will receive the same level of care as our customers, with great pay, a brilliant holiday package and a 5 day working week, 8am till 5.30pm with Half Hour for lunch. (No weekends!)

We are looking for an invested, motivated technician with the right attitude. Diagnostic experience and Mot qualifications will be preferred but are not a necessity.

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester (Mon-Fri / Bosch Training)
The Opportunity
Established in 1983, Millers Garage is a leading independent, family-run Bosch Car Service Centre. We are a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering main-dealer standards with a local, friendly touch.
We are currently looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team. Whether you are already an MOT Tester or are looking to gain your qualification, we provide the environment and the training to help you excel.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs on a wide variety of makes and models.
• Servicing: Routine maintenance and complex repairs to Bosch standards.
• Diagnostics: Utilizing Bosch diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• MOT Testing: Conducting inspections (training can be provided via our providers if you don't already hold a current licence).
• Quality Control: Ensuring all work is completed with a "right first time" attitude.
Requirements
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Maintenance and Repair.
• Licence: A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
• Experience: Proven experience in a workshop environment.
• Motivation: A desire to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology.
