At Ignition Motorsport, we take motorsport seriously…

We’re on the lookout for an Experienced Service Adviser to join our team. Someone who can keep things organised, customers happy, and the diary under control — all while fitting in with the friendly, light-hearted atmosphere we’re known for.

The Role

This is an important position and comes with real responsibility. You’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop team, helping keep everything running smoothly (even when things get a bit… “motorsport busy”).

Key Responsibilities

* Booking vehicles in and managing the workshop schedule
* Speaking with customers face-to-face, by phone and email
* Creating job cards and ensuring clear communication with technicians
* Updating customers on progress, delays, and costs
* Handling invoices and payments
* Keeping everything organised, accurate and professional

What We’re Looking For

✅ Previous experience as a Service Adviser (essential)
✅ Confident communication skills
✅ Great organisation and attention to detail
✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure
✅ A sense of humour (because you’ll need it here)
✅ Professional attitude with a friendly approach

🔥 CO-DRIVER WANTED – WYDEAN RALLY CALL-UP! 🔥

Attention all seasoned note-readers and thrill-seekers — one of our rally cars has an empty silly seat for the Wyedean Rally, and Ignition Motorsport needs someone brave (and possibly slightly unhinged) to fill it!

We’re after someone who:
🌲 Has experience with pace notes on forest rallies — ideally knows the difference between “flat right” and “flat-out wrong.”
📖 Can read, breathe, and shout “LEFT!” simultaneously.
😂 Understands that “too much fun” isn’t a warning — it’s a lifestyle. (Thanks, Paul Woodford.)
