**Proud to be backing Newbury United FC in their first season. ⚽**

Fleet Direct Sales is pleased to be sponsoring Newbury United for their first season, with FDS on the back of the shirts and a board at their home ground.

But this one means a little more to FDS than simply getting the name on a football shirt.

For Managing Director Charly Hughes-Riley, the decision to support the club was about investing in people.

Newbury United is a brand new team, building something from the ground up and taking a chance on making it work.

The club also has a personal connection. An old friend involved with Newbury United has always supported Charly and believed in what she was building with Fleet Direct Sales.

So when the opportunity came to return some of that support, it felt like the right thing to do.

FDS may work with customers and suppliers across the country, but we’re still a local business. As the company grows, it’s important to us that we give something back and, where we can, support good people who are prepared to take a chance and build something themselves.

This is the first sponsorship for Fleet Direct Sales, and we’re really pleased to be starting it alongside Newbury United in their first season.
