Another post of an underside restoration but this time on a DC2 Integra Type R 🇯🇵

This wasn’t a full nut and bolt restoration but close enough to stick within a budget - this particular car required a lot of work due to a previous bad repair on the O/S/R quarter/sill when it was originally in Japan 😩

Once this was sorted the customer requested we prevent this from happening again to which I recommended fully undercoating the underside (finished in championship white of course) then as per all our underside restorations we have all removable parts powder-coated along with new bushings throughout! ✨

My OCD got the better of me and I just couldn’t let the underside look fresh and things around it like the brakes etc be left as they were, it would feel “unfinished” to me, so….

We cleaned all the brakes up and gave them a paint to complement the full new nickel brake pipes and Goodridge LTD stainless braided brake lines, then while I replaced the timing belt along with camshaft oil seals, I just had to finish the rocker cover off in the original wrinkle red with fine sanding the logos back to aluminium 😍

Project23 Performance supplying all aftermarket’s parts such as Hardrace bushings, Goodridge braided brake lines, Motul RBF600 brake fluid and various other genuine parts!

With it being a whole year from when we completed this job, I thought I’d best do a post 😅

This Mk4 Supra come into us and we carried out a full underside restoration 🧑🏻‍🏭

Once the underside was fully protected and coated, we painted this to match the exterior of the car before installing all the freshly powder-coated parts and zinc coated bolts throughout ✨💎

Always love seeing the after photos on this type of job to be able to appreciate the amount of effort and hours gone into the job 🔥

There will be no MOT's available between 17th-25th September due to our summer holiday... We will still be open with limited bookings between those dates.

If your MOT expires in September please get in touch early to get booked in.

MOT'S can be done up to a month early (minus one day) your renewal date stays the same.
