Update on the F1 Es**rt , we've designed and manufactured the front subframe , dummy engine mounts/plates , strut tops to allow the rollcage to tie in and with this the front geometry of the car ,
We have finalised the suspension design which is to include carbon -carbon brakes front and rear , so we are now planning to manufacture the wheels to control brake clearance, more info on this to follow ,
This project is certainly using every facet of our 'imagineering ' buisiness 👌👌😎😎

Well engine Royalty has entered the building , after a very frustrating few months , trying to source BMW motorsport P65 parts for the S65 v8 and getting nowhere , the decision was made to go all in and fit an F1 engine into the Es**rt project, that being a Judd CV 3.5 V8 originally fitted to the Leyton House March-Judd 881, we have even managed to borrow a dummy engine whilst the actual engine is being fully rebuilt, we have also sourced period ex F1 parts to keep the theme for the F1 Es**rt,😎😎
lots and lots of work to do but can you imagine the noise !!! 😁😎😁

here we have one of our fully imagineered creations , the classic Mini ' A series ' 5 speed sequential gearbox ,named the JTS-5,
it is a clean sheet of paper design , for all motorsport applications, race ,rally ,Hillclimb and even a land speed record mini ,
as with all of our gearboxes it uses aerospace materials and consumables throughout ,
whilst the gearboxes once tested will be made in house, they will only be available through the backer and innovator , the details of which will follow once the product is released for sale 😎😎😎😀

update on the Es Cos panels , scan/mesh detail cleaned up ready for the task of conversion into CAD based solid parts , 😎😎😎😀😀
we are keen to find an undamaged Es**rt WRC front wing to scan,

we are currently working with a supplier who is going to remanufacture the Es**rt Cosworth body panels ( wings , door skin, rear 1/4 etc) in both steel and aluminium, the car used for scan data is an as-new car totally unused and unmarked ,

Hard to believe its almost 25 years since we built this weapon, 980kg ,315hp ,470 lb/ft , 6 speed sequential etc etc,
No wonder it was banned from rallying!!! Thankfully it found a new home doing sprints and hill climbing, absolute joy to have it back with us for a few days 👌😎❤️👍
