Many of you already know me as Tracey, and while it’s still the same friendly instructor, calm lessons and support, I’ve decided to rebrand the business as I move forward into a new chapter and revert back to my maiden name.

This fresh new brand feels like the perfect fit for the future, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.
