Well this says it all !
Today Iโm absolutely devastated and, to be honest, angry.
Just one day before our team was due to leave for Snetterton, after spending thousands of pounds preparing our truck, testing and getting everything ready to race, I have been informed that BARC and TruckSport UK have successfully prevented me from returning to the British Truck Racing Championship for the remainder of the 2026 season.
Read their decision for yourselves.
I have served the suspension imposed on my Motorsport UK licence. Despite that, I have now been told I cannot race because of comments made by supporters on social media, because I refused to make an apology they demanded, and because I have exercised my legal right to challenge matters through the courts.
Ask yourselves if that is what motorsport should be about.
My sponsors, my team and my family have invested huge amounts of time, effort and money to get us back on the grid. To deliver this decision the day before we were due to leave is incredibly difficult to understand and impossible to accept.
I will never apologise for standing up for myself or for exercising my legal rights. I have always wanted to settle things on the race track, not behind closed doors.
To everyone who has supported me, thank you. Your loyalty has kept me going through one of the toughest periods of my career.
This is not over. I will continue to fight through the proper legal and sporting channels, and I will not stop until I have had a fair opportunity to compete again.
