B+E rules changed but you still have a responsibility!

Make sure drivers are competent, confident, and safe before towing on public roads.
For employers, this is about more than compliance — it’s about protecting your staff, other road users, your vehicles, and your business reputation. Competence saves lives. Training builds confidence. Safety must always come first.

A 4hr session is all that it takes to make sure you/your drivers are competent
