🚗 Ford Kuga – Rear Suspension Arm Replacement

This Ford Kuga was recovered to our workshop after the rear suspension arm snapped due to severe corrosion, leaving the vehicle unsafe to drive.

After inspecting the damage, we replaced the failed rear suspension arm, carried out the necessary safety checks, and got the vehicle back on the road safely.

🚗 Audi A4 – Inlet Manifold Replacement

This Audi A4 came into the workshop with running issues, which were traced back to a faulty inlet manifold. A failing inlet manifold can cause poor engine performance, reduced fuel economy, loss of power and engine management warning lights.

After diagnosing the fault, we replaced the inlet manifold, carried out the necessary checks, and ensured everything was working exactly as it should before returning the vehicle to the customer.

New inlet manifold fitted, smooth engine performance restored, and the vehicle back to running as it should.

🚗 Toyota Auris – Clutch Kit Replacement

This Toyota Auris was recovered to us after the clutch had completely failed, leaving the vehicle unable to drive. After diagnosing the fault, it was clear the clutch kit had reached the end of its life and required replacement.

We fitted a brand new clutch kit, carried out all the necessary checks, and had the vehicle back up and running smoothly, ready to be returned to its owner.

🚐 Citroën Dispatch – Faulty Injector Replacement

This Citroën Dispatch came into us with running issues and a fault traced back to injector number 2. Faulty injectors can cause rough running, misfires, loss of power and excessive smoke if left too long. Replaced the faulty injector and got the van running properly again 👍

This Ford Transit Custom came into the workshop with the customer reporting the clutch was slipping badly, especially under acceleration. After inspection, the clutch was found to be heavily worn and in need of replacement.

We fitted a brand new clutch kit and got the van back driving smoothly again and ready to get back to work 👍

📝 Work details:
This Vauxhall Vivaro 1.5 came in for a timing belt replacement, an essential service item to prevent serious engine damage if left too long.

The timing belt was removed and replaced with a new one, ensuring everything was correctly timed and fitted to manufacturer specifications.

These 1.5 engines are also commonly found across other vans such as Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo, and Vauxhall Combo, making this a very common but important job to stay on top of.

This Mercedes Vito came in for a full automatic gearbox service to keep everything running smoothly and prolong the life of the transmission.

The gearbox oil and filter were replaced, helping maintain smooth gear changes and overall performance — especially important on vehicles doing regular mileage.
