As of 10am today until further notice we in Ceredigion currently have a hosepipe ban. For more information please see the link below from Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
Please also bear in mind that due to the dry conditions we would also ask to be extra cautious and ensure that any BBQs are off the ground and on hard standing.

We’ve experienced unprecedented levels of demand for water supplies as a result of the warm weather over the last few weeks.
To ensure we maintain supplies for all customers and the local environment, a Hosepipe Ban is now in place in mid and south Ceredigion, together with parts of north Pembrokeshire and north Carmarthenshire from 10am Sunday 19th July.
We know this can be disruptive and we are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. If we can prioritise water for essential purposes and work together to reduce demand, we can help protect the water supplies for all customers.
We’re continuing to repair leaks, to move water around to where its needed and invest in our network.
