1982 Austin Mini City e. 1000cc

Finished in Nautilus Blue with contrasting Hounds Tooth trim this little gem has changed very little during its 44 year life showing just 22 thousand miles and having only six previous owners in that time. It is presented in very original condition and very close to how it left the factory. This City benefits from a recent thorough recommission after 30 years in dry storage and benefits from a huge amount of time and a long list of parts lavished on it. The end result is a rare Mini that has that jump in and drive anywhere feel. It is so refreshing to prepare an original spec City e that is actaully a very rare sight these days. It is accompanied with a huge and highly detailed service history folder pretty much covering its whole life.

1984 was officially the last year of the very sought after ten inch wheels and centre clock dash and the City e was unique in that offered the pure basic Mini experience and echoed the early examples yet being more practical and useable on a daily basis. These Early eighties ten inch wheel examples have now become rare and in preserved state like our example are becoming very sought after. The City was a very well thought out edition with taller gearing for improved fuel economy achieving over 40 MPG and reaching a higher top speed of the other models offered at the time.

On the road this City is great fun to drive. The engine is very smooth with brisk performance and the gearbox is also very precise. This is the no frills Mini driving experience and its easy to use and has fantastic handling which you will discover when pressing on through the twisty stuff. There is nothing to distract the driver, just a simple single speedo and a steering wheel what more could you want?

This City had an amazing interior which has been completely refreshed whilst still being very original. The Hounds Tooth check seats are like new as is the roof liner, door cards and original carpet set. It also has its original steering wheel. It has never had a radio fitted but does benefit from a Phone holder and USB charger instead of the ashtray. It has also been fitted with a very useful alarm.

The Mini has a very solid shell and with the correct vented sills, solid floors and subframes. The engine bay has also been refreshed and is very well presented. The paintwork is gleaming and it presents very well and certainly gets lots of attention especially in this wonderful eighties spec.

This City is fully serviced, tuned, checked and driven and has a long list of new parts. It also has a full no advisory MOT as well as being MOT and Tax exempt. It is ready to be enjoyed. Hopefully its new owner will appreciate its originality and preserve it for many years to come. It could happily sit on display at any show or just make you smile out on the open road.

SOLD 1993 Rover Mini 1275cc with a Mk1 twist.

This beautiful Mini offers all the charm and features of an early Mini but with everyday useability. It has benefitted form lots of time and expense lavished on it and has been and known and maintained by us for a few years. I have always been an admirer of this Mini particularly because of its quality, condition and the amount of fantastic extras it has.

Fiesta yellow is a rare sixties Austin Mini Cooper colour which is seldom seen this days and combined with an old English White really make this Mini stand out. Externally it has had the full MK1 Cooper make over that briefly comprises of the correct bonett, moustache and Benelite grille with built in period Lucas spot lamps, Overider bumpers with nudge bars, Mk1 rear lights and boot lid, hinged rear number plate and a period Lucas reverse light. It also sits on a set of sexy deep dish ten inch Minilite wheels with wider profile Falken tyres and Cooper S disc brakes. Morris Cooper badging finishes off its awesome looks. This is the Mini that stops people in there tracks. It has a real presence.

On the road this Mini drives very well indeed. Its fuel injected engine is very healthy and performs well through a smooth and precise gearbox, It has a 2.7 final drive so long distance cruising is also a breeze. It also has fully adjustable height suspension and Gas shocks. A Maniflow exhaust gives it the correct Cooper burble. All you need to do to enjoy this gem is just turn the key and go.

The MK1 theme continues with the interior which is very well appointed. It has been converted to a centre clock binnacle that houses a 130 MPH Cooper S speedo with oil pressure and temperature gauges. It has also has a MK1 central instrument panel conversion with the ignition in the centre and toggle switches operating the lights and wipers. It has a period Mountney steering wheel and gear k**b, MK1 indicator stalk with the green flashing light on the tip and further toggle switches to operate the screen wash, front and rear fogs and a very useful heated front screen, it even has a dim/dip switch on the floor. The seats are trimmed in a pale grey with blue carpets and this model also has rear seat belts. The interior and its finish are testament to the hard work that has gone into this wonderful Mini.

This Mini also has a very solid shell, imported from Japan in 2016 and showing no evidence of repairs or welding, it has the correct vented sills, body coloured floor pans and untouched boot floor. As you can see, the paintwork is gleaming and indeed is all the chrome work. The private number plate is also included in the Mini

The Mini is fully serviced, checked and driven and has a long MOT and is ready to be driven away and enjoyed.

SOLD 2001 "Y" Rover Mini Cooper Sport 500.

Finished in iconic British racing green with contrasting Platinum Silver roof, bonnet stripes and four spot lamps. This example has only covered 72k in 25 years with just 3 previous owners. It is accompanied with one of the most detailed service history folders I have ever seen and has clearly been cherished its entire life. The service folder is very comprehensive and all in date order and dates back to 2001. It also has every MOT certificate and a fully stamped service book. It also has both of its sets of keys and fobs. Included is the very rare Cooper Sport 500 gift bag which incudes a Baseball cap, T-Shirt and Mini branded gifts. It also includes the certificate of authenticity and an email from the Cooper Sport 500 register confirming its build date and number. This 500 is build number 375 and being a 2001 it is in the last 125 Classic Minis produced.

Rover launched the Cooper Sport 500 edition in late 2000 at the very end of classic Mini production and exclusively only 500 Cooper Sports were produced. They have full Cooper Sport spec: Platinum silver roof, matching leather trim and dashboard and third level brake light and they also have a plaque in the glovebox to remind you that you own a very special Mini indeed.

On the road this Mini drives very well. Cooper Sport 500s have a special feel as they really are an important part of Mini history The 1275cc engine is very smooth and near silent with excellent power delivery and the gearbox is taught and precise. Performance is brisk and it has more than enough power to keep you grinning. We have just fitted a Maniflow exhaust so it has the correct subtle burble. We have also just replaced all of the suspension cones and fitted adjustable height suspension so it offers the precise Mini handling with a smooth ride. This is an MPi Mini which stands for multi point fuel injection, all you need to do is simply turn the key and go, Further features include a drivers airbag, side impact beams and alarm and immobiliser. MPi Minis offer all the Classic Mini charm with a modern twist and thanks to taller gearing they cruise with ease at Motorway speeds.

This 500 has a well presented interior and again is full Sport spec with Black leather with Platinum silver inserts, Aluminium 6 clock dash with magnolia dials and alloy door furniture. The roof lining, carpets and switchgear are all in excellent condition. This example also benefits from some well thought out upgrades which include an uprated Alpine stereo with DAB, Bluetooth, Audio Streaming and reverese park camera. It also has uprated speakers hidden under the rear seat, front and rear dash cams and a 12 volt socket for charging devices. This has been fitted to a very good standard and has a factory feel. This model also has rear seat belts.

This Cooper has a well preserved shell with correct vented sills, body coloured floors, boot floor and inner arches. This is an unrestored example and it wears its vintage well. The paintwork gleams, this is a good looking Mini that is ready to be driven and enjoyed and also giving you access to a very exclusive club.

The 500 is fully checked, serviced and driven and has a long MOT.

SOLD 1998 Rover Mini MPi 1275cc

Finished in gleaming Platinum Silver that we have styled with a contrasting black roof, bonnet stripes, LED headlamp upgrade, Cooper grille and those legendary Rose Petal alloy wheels with wider profile tyres giving this Mini purposeful looks. This excellent example has only covered 40k in 27 years with just 3 previous owners, the first lady owner cared for it for 23 of those. It was supplied new by John Cooper garages and still wears its dealer sticker and number plate. It is accompanied with its original handbooks, MOTs, service receipts and three sets of keys and fobs. We have lavished much time and expense on this Mini and treated it to many new parts and it is now ready for a new Classic Mini adventure.

On the road this Mini drives very well. The low mileage 1275 engine is very smooth and the gearbox is taught and precise. Performance is brisk and will certainly make you smile easily keeping with modern traffic and beyond. Being an MPi Mini it is also very easy to use. It stands for Multi Point Fuel injection, in simple terms it means all you have to do is simply turn the key and go. This model also has contrasting red carpets, full length Walnut dash with Magnolia dials and the original Rover cassette player. The boot area has been treated to a boot liner kit and the engine bay is nicely detailed.

This Mini has a very solid shell with body coloured floor pans, solid sills and recent rear subframe. The paint work absolutely gleams and Platinum silver really gives this Mini a classy look which gets lost of attention, this is a very good looking Mini that will make its new owner very proud.

1970 Austin Mini 1000 MK3. Auto

Finished in Flame red with a contrasting dark tan trim and it its completely original specification. Easily one of the most charming Minis I have ever driven, a genuine time capsule and one that feels like it is ready to be driven anywhere. It has lived a charmed life with just two previous owners, the first lady cherished it until 2018 some 48 years of ownership, it was passed onto the second owners through a house purchase so has lived its entire life at the same address and been garaged the whole time. It has only covered 44 thousand miles in 56 years, it is accompanied with a service history folder with MOT certificates dating back to 1980. This is a full matching numbers example with its original commission number, body number, FE number and floor pan tag in place. I have always been a big of seventies Minis as they are fantastic to drive benefitting from gradual evolution and offering the full Classic Mini driving experience.

On the road this Mini is a fantastic experience, it just has a great feel, the original 998 engine is near silent with strong oil pressure and the four speed Automatic gearbox changes smoothly, it easily keeps up with modern traffic and offers fantastic handling thanks to those ten inch wheels. What you will be doing is smiling as much as I have and get ready for all the attention that this Mini receives as everyone is drawn to its original looks.

The Mini has a wonderfully preserved interior that is very hard to find, it has been completely preserved and a sure sign of its cared for life. The dark tan seats are well presented with matching door cards, original an door seals, rubber floor matts and amazingly the original carpet set. The all important three clock binnacle is present and correct as is the steering wheel. Being an early MK3 it also has the ignition key in the switch panel, and it has one key for everything.

This Mini has a very well preserved shell with its original body coloured floor pans, body coloured inner arches and its original vented sills. We cannot find any evidence of previous welding repairs which is quite remarkable. The paintwork is well presented and period so it has that survivor look as opposed to a gleaming fully restored example and it is all the better for it, the original pressed steel number plates and original front grille finish of the period look.

We have fully serviced, checked, tuned and driven this Mini and it has a full MOT. It also MOT and Tax exempt. It is ready for many more miles of adventures.

SOLD 2000 Rover Mini Cooper 1300i

Finished in rare metallic Anthracite grey and enhanced with a Minilite alloy wheels with wider profile Yokohama tyres, colour coded wheel arches and twin spot lamps. It has subtle looks and the Anthracite really pops in the sun. This is a rare Mini being built in the last few months of Mini production and originally destined for the Japanese market but was never exported. This example has covered only 77k in 26 years and is accompanied with a comprehensive service history folder dating right back to day one and a fully stamped up service book and both sets of keys. In 2019 it received a body restoration with the pics available and it has remained in this fantastic condition ever since.

Out on the open road this Cooper drives very well indeed. The 1275 fuel injected engine is responsive and revs freely and the gearbox is precise and taught. This Mini is fuel injected so all you need to do is simply turn the key and go. Performance is brisk and the handling is fantastic easily keeping up with modern traffic and beyond. This model also has servo operated disc brakes and rear seat belts.

As you can see from the images this Cooper has a full black leather interior and a full length Walnut dashboard. As it was originally intended for the Japanese market it also has fully functioning Air conditioning which is an excellent addition on those sunny days and it works very well. It also has a Drivers Airbag and side impact beams. It also has a Bluetooth stereo and 12 volt socket. The boot has an original Rover optional extra boot tidy tray that is a very useful addition.

This Cooper has a solid shell with its original vented sills, solid floors and boot floor. The subframes are also both solid. The paintwork is absolutely gleaming, its a rare colour and it really suits the shape and with the wheels it has an understated look. It has recently been fully wax treated on the underside and the paint work has been ceramic coated protecting the shine for many years to come.

We have fully serviced, checked and driven this Mini and it has a long MOT and is ready to go and be enjoyed. Its one of the last off the production line and quite rare.

SOLD 2000 Rover Mini Cooper Sportspack

Finished in perhaps the most popular colour of the late model Minis, metallic Tahiti blue with a contrasting white roof, bonnett stripes and four Spot lamps. It also benefits from having the very sought after full length electric sunroof, an option at the time that transforms the driving experience. This is a genuine Cooper Sportspack, registered in March 2000, the last year of Classic Mini production. It has only covered 64k in 26 years and is accompanied with a detailed service history folder highlighting a cared for life.

This Cooper has been well maintained throughout its life and is a wonderful example out on the open road. The 1275cc engine is very smooth and delivers progressive power and is mated to a precise gearbox. The Mini easily keeps up with modern traffic, we have just treated it to new front brakes and four new tyres so it handles beautifully and stops instantly. This is a Multi point fuel injected Mini or MPi as they known, they offer all the charm of the Classic Mini with a modern twist, simply turn the key and drive. Further features include a drivers airbag, side impact beams and an alarm and immobiliser. MPi Minis also have taller gearing making long distance cruising a breeze. Multi point Minis are very sought after as they are just so useable and more importantly great fun to drive and with this example, the whole experience is transformed at the touch of a button, open the sunroof and enjoy the full wind in the hair experience.

This Cooper has a wonderful interior. The black leather seats are in fantastic original condition as are the carpets and roof liner. It has a 6 clock walnut dash with Magnolia gauges and an upgraded JVC stereo unit with Bluetooth calling, music streaming and USB charging. It also has uprated speakers and this model has rear seat belts.

As you can see from the pics this Cooper has gleaming paintwork and it belies its 26 year vintage. The shell is very well preserved with solid floors, the correct vented sills and its original front wings and front panel. SOLD 1999 Rover Mini Cooper Sportspack. 1275

Finished in the ever popular British Racing green with a contrasting white roof and bonnet stripes and a full Black leather interior, it has a very luxurious feel. This genuine Cooper Sportspack is in beautiful condition and has been a pleasure to prepare and drive. It has only covered 46 thousand miles in 27 years. Registered new by Foxfield Rover in Wigan, it is accompanied with a service history folder and every MOT certificate from new.

On the road this Cooper delivers. The smooth engine, which is near silent, pulls well through the rev range and the gearbox is smooth and precise. It benefits from a recent suspension overhaul and four brand new tyres so has fantastic handling. A stainless Fletcher exhaust gives a subtle burble. It easily keeps up with modern traffic and feels ready to be driven anywhere. MPi Minis have a host of benefits, which make them such a popular choice. The paintwork is gleaming and really does belie its vintage and is easily of show quality, in the sun it really pops and combined with contrasting wheel colour this Cooper gets all the attention.

SOLD 1989 Austin Mini Sky 1000cc. LE

These very Limited edition Minis were built to commemorate 30 years of Mini production using pastel roof colours as a nod to the swinging Sixties. They came as either a Mini Rose with a Pink roof or Sky with a pastel Blue roof. Only 500 of each edition were produced and they remain one of the rarest of the eighties Minis, less than 80 original Sky Minis exist giving you access to a very exclusive club. They were all finished in Diamond white and had contrasting blue Crayon fabric seats, Nimbus Grey bumpers, wheel arches, door handles and grille. White wheel trims and unique Sky decals. It is very refreshing to a find such a well preserved example. It has been meticulously maintained by the same family since 2008 and has one of the largest history folders I have ever seen, all detailed and in order. It also has a maintenance book detailing mileage and MPG. This Sky has been cherished and has lots of love and attention lavished on it , the end result is a fantastic package that is ready to be used and driven anywhere.

On the road the Mini is fantastic to drive, the 998 engine is very smooth and benefits from having a Stage 1 tune so it offers extra flexibility and torque over the standard tune, it really will surprise you as it easily keeps up with modern traffic, it has a smooth gearbox, Maniflow exhaust for that subtle burble, electronic ignition, adjustable suspension and wider profile tyres giving the Mini that legendary handling. The drive package is excellent with a mix of higher power and precise handling making you smile the whole time.

The interior is well presented and has been tastefully upgraded with Valencia Pearl vinyl seats with matching door cards, these look very similar to the original Crayon trim seats but are more comfortable. The switch gear is all original as is the roof liner. It also has a Kenwood CD with AUX and a 12V socket. This model also has rear seat belts. It does now have a three clock dash with a rev counter as the original speedo failed, again this is documented in the history folder.

This Sky has a very solid shell with body coloured floor pans and the correct vented sills. It has been consistently maintained and so is in very solid condition. The paintwork gleams and is very presentable with only minor blemishes. Having all of its correct features really makes it stand out. This Sky makes a very viable introduction into the world of Classic Minis and its also a very rare and useable example at the same time. The lucky new owner will be able to enjoy the experience of driving a very well prepared Mini as well as being safe in the knowledge you probably will never see another out on the open road.

SOLD 1994 Rover Mini Sprite. 1275cc

Finished in Electric blue, a colour that really suits the Mini shape, and enhanced with a Black roof and those deep dish ten inch GB wheels with Yokohama Advan A-008 tyres. This Sprite benefits from having a huge amount of recent expenditure and upgrades that has created a fantastic combination of awesome looks and excellent driveability. It has only had two previous owners in 32 years and has covered a very low 41 thousand miles. It was registered new by Four Seasons Rover in Kingston and still proudly wears its original dealer registration plate and tax disc holder.

On the road this Mini is excellent, the low mileage 1275 carb fed engine revs freely with a smooth power band and the gearbox is precise. We have just treated it to a completely rebuilt cylinder head which hugely benefits any Mini. It has been upgraded to ten inch wheels which give that legendary Classic Mini handling, it also has servo assisted Cooper S disc brakes, Spax Nitro shock absorbers and an RC40 exhaust. It also has twin fuel tanks which were the sixties Cooper S main stay aiding long distance cruising and they look cool. The results are a driver focussed Mini that excels wherever you wish to take it and get ready for lots of admiration, this Mini always seems to get.

The interior has been nicely upgraded over the standard Sprite spec. It has full leather seats finished in Black with green centres, matching door cards and carpets with Alloy door trim. It also has a Pioneer CD, AUX, USB and DAB Radio. This model also has rear seat belts.

The Mini has an excellent shell that has been very well preserved, it has gleaming original floor pans, the original vented sills, original boot floor and all original body panels. The inner arches are finished in body colour and the engine bay is also well detailed. The paintwork is very well presented and virtually blemish free, it belies its vintage and has certainly been loved and cherished.

The Mini has been fully serviced, tuned, checked and driven and has a long MOT. It is ready for a Classic Mini adventure.
