Yesterday we had a lovely T4 camper in for a clutch, dual mass flywheel with release bearing and fork. Unfortunately the nose cone had been passing oil along the input shaft and had contaminated the clutch causing slip. Other new parts included ARB links, lower ball joints and replaced 2 knackered front shocks.

A steady Wednesday with some interesting shaped parcels sent out, can you guess contents of the 2 big ones??

A tidy T4 in for MOT, needing a lower arm and ball joint fitted, inner and outer track rods with tracking and some bulbs on the rear and back round for retest. Back with the customer 24hrs after drop off. Drives spot on now.

Followed by a T5 with the usual Body Control Module issues. A replacement BCM supplied and fitted, with a new washer pump replacement and worn indicator/wiper stalks fitted. Scanned - diagnosed and fixed with a fresh bill of health.
Van is in Friday for MOT as now ready after sorting lighting/horn/wiper/electrical faults out.

With a couple of weeks left up to the Christmas break we have a few empty days in the workshop to be booked up.
This means we have time for
Fault diagnosis on T4 T5
MOT, repairs and servicing.
Suspension work
Clutch and slave cylinders
Fitting of doors or panels
Internal fixing of issues Windows central locking ect.

We have a wide selection range of T5 T5.1 doors and panels here to choose from.

Please come down to choose a door that suits your needs and for collection.

Prices range from:
£70 up to £150 on front doors (NS or OS)
£100 to £400 on sliding doors (NS or OS)
£200 to £500 on tailgates
£150 to £400 on barn doors (pair)
depending on condition, dents and scuffs (age related marks ect)
A better door will be more money but plenty to choose from.

Collection is from New Milton, Hampshire, BH255EN. We also offer a fitting service if you’d like us to fit the panels that can be booked in.

Longwheel base T4 in for repair due to a snapped rear trailing arm bolt siezed in an old bush.
Rear trailing arm swapped for a good condition arm with replacement bolts and alignment after.
Certainly removed the rear end knock the customer had noticed.

Front cab headlining removed and replaced.
Ignition wiring loom replaced due to being spliced and joined into previously melting parts of harness.

We’ve recently had Bills T5.1 in for some work. A newly purchased LWB Caravelle in for a Cambelt and water pump, brakes all round, full service and check over.
Whilst the van was in the Bill decided on fitting Bilstein coilover shocks with eibach springs, top mounts and requested a 40mm drop. What a difference and the van drives brilliantly.
All previous MOT advisors addressed and fixed.
An extensive list of niggly bits to do aswell has sorted the interior out and back to being tidy and original.
Ready and prepared for his European trips!
