Daz brought his new family wagon in for full inspection, highlighting perished rear anti roll bar bushes and a leaking damper. These will be replaced under Warranty in the coming week. He the opted to add a little more noise, having come from a Stage 1 with Downpipes C63s FL.

Needless to say he got the noise, but am sure he’ll be back for more.

BMW G80 M3 in for a nice bit of treatment, opting for Milltek 🇬🇧 single Midpipe & Catless Downpipes, followed by our OPF / Lambda off coding. Then as a further enhancement, CS coding of the suspension, Brakes, Differential & Steering and Sport + braking to add to the dynamics. Lastly the very popular remote start from key fob excellent on those ice cold winter days!

Kate brought here 420i in for a CBS / Main Service, full refresh, including drive updates and online as per. All works were carried out and battery replaced due to unfortunate ageing and reducing the power output.

Nialle brought in his C250 for a service with us recently along with the task of fitting a new spring due to his snapping, causing an MOT fail. We did the engine oil and filter along with air filter using oem parts, a new oem spring, a new Bosch battery, some fresh wipers, a check of the brake fluid and we also changed his differential seals due to leaking on the passenger side. We then replaced the diff fluid using oem mercedes.

Another thing we noticed were wrong screws being used on his airbox, which wasn't doing anything at all due to the length. This was changed for a correct one.

We also have his sunroof some fresh grease to prevent any issues down the line (costly when they go wrong!)

Once all the above was done, the car was retested and passed with flying colours!

Wayne brought his awesome Nurburgring machine into us again for a few more goodies installing. This time a carbon front splitter to go with his custom chassis mounted splitter, some fresh exhaust tips, some fettling on his seat mounts and an exhaust cam alignment!

This is one serious ring toy with all the previous work that's gone into it!

Connor brought in his lovely BMW M2C for our popular crankhub service as well as tuning and xhp gearbox software. Upon inspection we found that his turbos had failed, mainly the front one with excessive in and out play on the bearings.

Connor opted for our oem+ cores to replace his with.

The next problems we came across was a failed o2 sensor for the primary cat so this was also replaced.

Once the car was back up and running, we had another issue on the dyno whilst logging towards the end of session. This time a failed injector!

We decided to replace all 6 and also do the plugs at the same time swapping out for NGKs.

She was then running perfect and ready for Connor to have some fun with!

A little bit behind on posts lately due to the crazy workload we currently have on!

A nice little return customer job in though for some fresh belts, pulleys and tensioners along with a new battery, coolant flush and some fresh Motul brake fluid.

We also did a health check on the dyno and then went with a TCU remap to compliment his stage 1 remap from previous
