As we close out 2025, we want to take a moment to say a massive thank you. To our customers — your trust, loyalty, and support have kept us going strong all year. You’ve chosen us time and time again, and we’re genuinely grateful for every visit, every message, and every kind word.

🔧 Ford EcoSport 2016 – Wet Belt & Engine System Overhaul (84k miles)

This 2016 EcoSport came in at 84,000 miles for a major timing system service, and it couldn’t have arrived at a better time. The wet timing belt was in extremely poor condition—showing clear signs of degradation and absolutely desperate to be replaced before it caused serious internal damage.

We carried out a full wet belt replacement, cleaned down the belt drive area, and fitted a new sump to ensure correct oil circulation. The micro oil filters were replaced to restore proper lubrication flow, and we completed a full coolant flush to bring the cooling system back to optimal efficiency.

The job was finished with fresh oil, filters, and a full system check to confirm correct belt tension, oil pressure, and cooling performance.

This was our final wet belt replacement of 2025 - I'm sure 2026 will bless us with more!

🚗 Suzuki Swift Breakdown – What Went Wrong?

This little Swift came in with a breakdown caused by a slow leak in the thermostat housing. Over time, that leak led to overheating and—after a head gasket check—confirmed head gasket failure.

🛠️ What we carried out:

✅ New thermostat housing
✅ New head gasket
✅ Cylinder head refurb
✅ Pressure test
✅ Timing chain & running gear replacement

Back on the road and running smoothly again! Just a reminder—small leaks can lead to big problems if left unchecked.

🔧 Wet Belt Change on a 1.0L EcoBoost Ford – What’s Involved?

If you drive a 1.0L EcoBoost, this one’s for you! These engines use a wet timing belt—it runs inside the engine, lubricated by oil. Over time, the belt can degrade, risking serious engine damage if not replaced on schedule (or usually well before schedule). This vehicle was purchased a few months ago form a car dealer and has covered 90,000 miles!

Here’s what a wet belt change includes:

✅ Draining and replacing engine oil and filter
✅ Removing key engine components to access the belt
✅ Replacing the timing belt, tensioners, and guides
✅ Reassembly and full system check
✅ In some cases we replace the sump

It’s a big job—but essential for long-term engine health. Check your service schedule and don’t leave it too late!
