Currently welding up last customer frame of 2024. Lovely gravel/light touring frame.

Looking back its been a great year of progression for me and have made big steps forward in all areas of the fabrication process.

Next year i plan to keep pushing forward with that, always improving. But also i will be making efforts to really improve all the other areas such as social media engagement, advertising etc.

On that note i will give a shout out to all the glasgow lot from for all there help and putting on a great show earlier in the year. Did you also know that also runs the so if you fancy having a go at making your own frame go check that out.
Also thanks to my good friends for your support and being customer build 001 😄. Definitely go visit their awesome sauna if you are in the area.
Also thanks to .riddoch for letting me build that awesome cargo fork, i loved building that. keep the ideas coming 👍
And thanks also to who owns the amazing cafe, for letting me clutter up your shop with my leaflets. All cyclists love cake and this is where you will find the best cakes anywhere ☕️🧁
And of course thanks to my lovely wife
for putting up with bike parts and tools all over the house 🙈🤣

Could call this one the usable road version of my track bike. A mix of Columbus spirit and dedacciai tubing on this frame. Finished with stunning campagnolo shamal wheels and ekar groupset. Complete bike weighs in at 9kg. Very tight deadline but got her built, a couple hills to climb with it next week.

1 week until in Glasgow. I am on the home stretch with my builds. I will be bringing 2 bikes this year. Both have frames, forks, stems, racks and wheels built from scratch. Hopefully i can show real progression as a builder from last year and it would be great to hear your feedback, both good and bad. See you in Glasgow, should be a great day 👍

Not your average wheel build. Managed to save this lovely mavic ksyrium. Every spoke seized, broken tracomp ring. Full rebuild with all new spokes and ring. If you have one of these make sure you are putting oil inside the freehub body, especially the o ring.

New bike day for Rupert.
After discussing what he wanted we decided on a singlespeed rigid mtb with plus size tyres. After taking the necessary measurements from him i then made it happen. Built from Columbus zona tubing. The segmented fork gives it a real stand out look. Finished with paragon rocker dropouts and of course handbuilt wheels. Have fun on your new bike and thank you for the opportunity to build it 👍👍

Breathing some life back into a super cool old school classic. Disc mounts and cable guides for this early 90s hardrock.

Just give me a shout if you have an old steel frame gathering dust and would like to bring it up to date with disc mounts, if you need a wheel to go with that i can build you those too. 👍

Getting there on this build. Made a rear rack to work with my saddle bag. No more annoying side to side movements. Some final clean up and finishing on some parts then its ready for a lick of paint 👍

Back on the singlespeed project. Been wanting to build a segmented fork for a while now and this is perfect bike for it.
