We got called out to this transit connect from one of our trade customers for a Dpf fault and wouldn’t carry out Dpf regeneration.
Using logical test plan and manufacturers information, we found the problem to be a split intake hose.
Van now rectified and back on road.

We found Exhaust pressure control valve to be at fault, control rod corroded off causing the valve to stay closed when exhaust gases flowed,
We replaced exhaust pressure control valve
At the customers unit.
