British Drift Championship Rnd6, wow... Buxton Raceway is such a mega track to drive and what an experience to drift it in the dark! Matt Stevenson, the BDC event crew, marshals and media teams have all worked together to make something very special this year; I for one am very excited to see the championship progress in the future.

We set out at the start of the year to maybe do a couple rounds and to just have fun, end of the season it turns out I only missed Driftland and I've ended up finishing 6th overall in the championship; gaining a full pro licence for next year! 😮

My home built s13 has been fully solid, to be honest it's never missed a beat all year! (this is practically unheard of in drifting). I qualified high every round, had a 2nd place finish at Teesside and have only had to replace fuel and tyres. I couldnt have asked for more.

Of course none of this could have been possible without my awesome sponsors and pit crew. Massive shout out to Chris Geraghty @ Tarmac Sportz, Eddie Charlton @ Edds Treadz, Sam and Suzette @ Standard Security and everyone else who helped out in between.

Big thanks to Kevin Rutherford and Lee Slaughter for travelling the country with me and for keeping the car going throughout the events. Thanks to Owen Atkinson and Mark Mossman for their support and last but not least team mates, William Hanna, Ian Bizz Phillip's and Luke Barker who have made this year something special, just generally... It's been a blast!
