A very Happy Customer with his new plug in hybrid,
Unfortunately he is not charging his mgs9 as he can not charger at home.
But as he is moving soon he can charge daily, his mpg will improve upto 75mpg on a 200 mile shift in urban driving

We asked what his Mpg is like now uncharged ? 48 mpg is most days it depends on style of driving
But as a 7 seater goes its still good for the size of the vehicle.

However he is not happy with Uber rating as not XL its just large and comfort.

His MGS9 his customers are wow this is nice what is it ?
When he says its a MG people are shocked.

Our question is as vehicle suppliers,should brand snobbery still be a thing when we have EVS like this are now available ?

As a Chinese manufacturer the competition is so high now ,the new flagship of Mg is indeed the S9, its a £55,000 RRP vehicle that now retails are selling upto £39.000 OTR now

Will it remain £16000 cheaper for the same spec and size of vehicle such as Hyundai Santa Fe or Kia Sorento ?

Time will tell ,but right now drivers can buy one for the same RRP as a standard hybrid 5 door SUV.

We are taking orders now ,we have only 10 left S9 instock in black premium models with black leather £29.995 inc of vat delivery date October ,/ November.

Or buy 2nd week of September thats not price protected for the same vehicle £31000 ??

The comfort model from CarandCabCare is only £28500 otr thats amazing value ??

All MG have extended taxi warranty 5 yrs 100k warranty if bought only on the taxi program

If you buy a demo or used it will go down to 3 yrs 60k if used on private hire.
This is on all MG just like other manufacturers do.
So make sure you buy any MG as a taxi not as a normal vehicle.

Did you no the comfort model is available with 5 yrs 100k warranty as a taxi from CarandCabCare, both models come with privacy glass as standard.
24% on rear drops door glass 28% on rear windows and 30% on tailgate.

Its an unbelievable value 7 seater in both models and such good value with low Rd tax as under luxary tax amount plus the co2 are low.

We do have premium models to buy, that's the luxary model at £29.995 inc of vat but only in black with black leather
Otherwise all other premium models are £31.000 other colours now

As MG can not keep up with demand the black with black leather next batch lands at port 3rd week of August, ready for the 76 reg.

We had drivers that ordered at phtm expo will start seeing there black with black leather mgs9 1st / 2nd week of September.

Lots of grey and whites have gone out in Liverpool city regions and surrounding areas.

How is the range from a 71 kw PV5 wltp 258 ?

Well this drive was not at all about taking it easy, we had heavy traffic in both directions.

The drive was in I peddle mode ,the speed variation was from 50 to 70 mph and off the motorway down 20/ 30mph in urban areas.

So a real world test was witnessed by us.

So in conclusion 281:miles of mixed driving styles,a great result as a passenger in the passenger elite model 5 seater i may add.

But as its the same size vehicle never the less, but by having more passengers in the passenger this would change,
we can only for now predict what its like as a 7 seater but certainly in summer time we would still have the full wltp fully loaded with all seats used with 4 large suitcases 2 medium 2 small and 2 bags.

It was a quiet smooth comfortable but also a responsive ride when power was needed.

So most enjoyable experience a solid 10 out of 10, our drivers and public will certainly appreciate this new vehicle in all models and seating configurations.
