🎉 A fantastic achievement for Riley!

We’re proud to share that Riley Ransom, who completed his Volkswagen apprenticeship at our Van Centre, has achieved a full distinction!

He achieved an incredible 100% across his assessments, putting him in the top 5% of all apprentices who have been through the programme.

Darcica Logistics Limited has taken delivery of two more electric DAF trucks, adding to its fleet of 13 electric vehicles. ⚡🚛

Supplied by Brian Currie Ltd, the latest additions are a DAF XB FA 190, complete with a PACCAR curtain-side body and tuck-under tail lift, and a DAF XF FT 350, offering a range of up to 500km (310 miles).

Darcica has been investing in electric transport since 2022, putting the vehicles to work across its pallet delivery operations as it continues to work towards its net-zero ambitions.

And with reports that the drivers are already loving the new trucks, it looks like these latest additions are already fitting in nicely. 🙌

🚛 Meet the Truck Sales Team!

You may have noticed a familiar face back in the truck sales team recently, as James has returned to Brian Currie. So, we thought it was time to reintroduce you to the team!

From left to right: James Squire, Richard Stevens, Jamie Johnston and David Price.

Between them, the team brings over 60 years of combined truck sales experience, so you know you’re in good hands when it comes to finding the right vehicle for your business.

Richard oversees the team as our Truck Sales Manager, while also looking after his own customers and selling trucks alongside James and Jamie, our Truck Sales Executives. Together, they help customers find the right vehicle and specification for their business.
