This F10 M5 came in and we found the airbox packed with grass. No squirrel unfortunately, that bit was just for the video 😅

Still, definitely not what you want your engine breathing through.

⚠️ A simple air con regas could potentially cost you £2,000+.

Modern BMW hybrids and EVs use electronic air con compressors which require specific low conductivity oil.

Using the wrong oil, such as conventional PAG oil, can cause serious problems and potentially lead to compressor failure.

We’ve had two i8 compressors in this week alone 😬

Tip: If you own a hybrid or EV, make sure whoever services your air con understands exactly which gas AND oil your system requires.

Sometimes it’s the “simple” jobs that are worth getting right.
