Be Part of Designing the Workshop of the Future

We're supporting an exciting new OEM-led project that is redefining what a modern automotive workshop looks like, and we're looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Technicians and Automotive Technicians to get involved.

This is more than a traditional technician role. You'll play a key part in developing future workshop operations by:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and software updates to manufacturer standards
• Performing workshop-based software updates and reprogramming activities
• Supporting high-volume digital service tasks
• Working with emerging vehicle technologies and advanced diagnostic equipment
• Contributing to workshop development and process improvement initiatives
• Providing feedback on new ways of working
• Helping create efficient, customer-focused service operations

In return, you'll receive:

✅ Up to £27 per hour
✅ Weekly pay
✅ Guaranteed 8-hour days
✅ Initial 3-month contract with potential extension opportunities
✅ Ongoing EV, ADAS, diagnostics and manufacturer training
✅ The chance to work directly on an innovative OEM programme

One of the things we love about working at Autotech Group is seeing people build long and successful careers with us. Occasionally, those careers become a family affair.

Take Carol Jackson, who has been a valued member of the business for more than a decade. As our Credit Controller, she's seen the company grow and evolve over the years. Now, we've had the pleasure of watching her daughter, Lottie Jackson, do the same, recently stepping into her new role as Contracts Manager at Autotech Academy.

Then there's Darren Dowling, Client Services Director at Autotech Connect, whose son Alfie has joined us for the summer after completing his A-levels. Alfie is supporting the business with administrative work before he starts his apprenticeship in risk consulting.

Over the years, we've welcomed plenty of employees' children into the business for work experience placements, giving them a glimpse into the world of work, but it's not every day that those opportunities turn into the chance to work alongside a parent.

We're delighted to see Lottie progressing in her career with Autotech Group and to have Alfie joining us for the summer. We wish them both every success.

👋 Meet Terrell Lloyd-Conlon - Our New Contracts Manager for the South East

We're delighted to officially introduce Terrell, who has recently joined the Autotech Recruit team as Contracts Manager for the South East.

Terrell isn't new to the Autotech Group family. Before joining the Recruit team, he was a hugely successful Contracts Manager for Autotech Academy, where he did an outstanding job helping newly qualified vehicle technicians secure their first roles in the industry.

He's also a qualified Vehicle Technician himself, with nearly 10 years of experience on the tools before making the move into recruitment. That first-hand industry knowledge, combined with his passion for helping people progress their careers, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.

Please join us in giving Terrell a warm welcome. We're excited to have him on board and know he'll be a great support to our contract vehicle technicians and MOT testers across the South East.
