Coulam Marine demonstrates new casualty recovery vessel at Seawork 2026, powered by Suzuki!

Developed in partnership with Zelim, the Coulam 6.1 CRV is a prototype based on the Coulam V20 platform. The boat has been built to support rescue teams with specialist systems and an integrated recovery ramp within the bow door for fast incident response.

Powering the 6.1 CRV is a Suzuki DF90A, which provides efficient, reliable power and high torque from a large reduction gear ratio.

Currently on show at Seawork on berth VA19, visitors can view this new prototype first-hand, or contact Coulam Marine to learn more.

This year, our engines are powering a wide range of commercial boats, from fast response craft to a casualty recovery vessel.

A series of Suzuki Stealth Line outboards is also on display, offering a subversive appearance choice for marine operators.

We look forward to welcoming partners and guests onto our stand, Q2.

The Suzuki Microplastic Collecting Device is an innovative solution which has been developed as part of our global Clean Ocean Project 🌍

The device collects harmful microplastics from the water by capturing particles circulating through the outboard's water cooling system.

Two channels, one with the microplastic filter and a second to act as an overflow channel, allow the water cooling system to operate normally should the filter become full or blocked.

This is a simple yet effective device which is currently available on our DF115B/BG and DF140B/BG models.
