Done a few of these and this was the first where one of the bolts was completely rounded access was tight, ended up needing a new camshaft cover. Ford really need to look at there prices near £300 for a cam cover. Fortunately customer wanted vehicle back same day so we had to fit a ford one.

Customer using 2 screens and having wires running everywhere, just to have a stereo and phone connection.
Original screen was damaged, so they fitted this carplay screen, but decided to contact us and upgrade there system.

Only one screen now and automatically connects to their phone, also took advantage of having a reverse camera installed.

Much better than factory.

Customer contacted us to say they couldn't select any gears. Faulty selector which looks like its been out before for repair. Replaced with a new one, now the customer can use the vehicle.

This was a big job, very disappointed in psa/fords new 1.5 16v dv5ruc engine, either cambelt snaps early, timing chain fails, or bottom ends goes. Unlike the older 8v version where you get away with just cams.
This turned out to have all valves bent. Not only do these engines fail, the head bolts shear off aswell.

SO IF YOU DONT REPLACE YOUR CAMBELT AS ITS TOO EXPENSIVE, THIS WILL COST YOU A LOT MORE, OR EVEN WRITE YOUR VEHICLE OFF.
