Some of what’s happening this week.
A pair of Dellorto Splits in for refurbishment, a single Weber 40 DCOE from one of our regular Lotus customers and a triple set of Weber 45 DCOE 9’s and manifold from one of our Aston Martin specialist customers.

We have als been working through our NOS low use stock and have IDF 48,44&40’s along with 40 DCNF carburettors that come tested prior to sale at an excellent price.

More service jobs arriving these are a set of Weber 45 DCOE Type9’s from a DB5 for one of our Aston Martin Specialist customers.
In full for full Refurbishment along with the manifolds.

Also this week a pair of Weber 45’s and a single 45 from and MGB.

Each job is photographed fully stripped documented and a report given to the customer along with bench and live engine testing with video.

We have a non destructive 4 stage cleaning process for both out side along with inside including all internal components.

One of this week jobs.

Avenger Rally car that had an under bonnet fire.

We refurbished the inlet manifold and built a new pair of carbs with cold start elimination kits new linkage additional return spring and heat shields.

All the original jets have been cleaned and fitted to keep the original calibration.

Bench balanced and ready fit.

We don’t post a lot of non carburettor stuff however here an RS ally sump and an Avenger Tiger manifold (that was on fire).

Both hot chemically cleaned dry blasted and vapour blasted.

JDA offer component cleaning and refurbishment using processes that do not damage your valuable parts but remove years of built up dirt oxidation and contaminants.

So if you need hot chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, dry blasting or vapour blasting of your components get in touch.

JDA will now be using the new Webcon pinto split manifold and linkage solution.

This is a quality UK made kit that have been dyno proven each carburettor is precision cut and modified.

Each kit is tested and numbered prior to sale.

JDA Will be offering an introductory price for the first 5 48 DCO/sp kits.

Normally £2999.99 + carriage we will be selling these initial kits for £2499.99 plus carriage.

Genuine Webcon Performance kit for the Ford 1.6 /. 2.0 OHC Pinto engine

Webcon has decided to bring to market a split Weber solution for the Ford pinto.

PFO2000 Contains -

Genuine Weber 45 DCOE, 48 DCO SP or 50 DCO SP split carbs.
British made Webcon inlet manfiold with central carb mounting for linkage stability and steel formed balance tube.
British made Webcon rod linkage with secondary throttle linkage
return spring and Weber branded cable stop bracket.
Twin universal throttle cables and block.
Fuel unions, Misab carb mounts, thackery washers and nuts.
Heater union outlet and blank.

PFO2000 is the finest quality split Weber kit available in the market and it shows in the rolling road results - The kit has been tested at Northampton Motorsports rolling road using a MK2 Es**rt 2.0 pinto and made 190bhp with split 48’s in 29*c ambient temp with no porting to the manifold.



PFO2000 can be supplied with numerous Webcon modifications including -
