We are well aware We've not posted in a while, that's because you've all been keeping us so busy - this we are thankful for! 🙂

As it's now coming to main holiday time for our staff, please be aware they will be times when We're not fully staffed therefore we can only do so much with the team available. We would like to remain busy, so please plan ahead as much as possible & get your car booked in for service, MOT, tyres & air con ❄️ - The heatwave is just around the corner again apparently. 🌞😎

❗️Avoid Costly Repairs ❗️

On the ramp today we have a 21 plate Vauxhall Crossland X which is having another engine fitted due to the wet timing belt failing. This was caused by lack of servicing which means the timing belt has started to break down & the rubber belt has made it's way in to the sump, blocking it up & eventually causing the engine to seize & blow a hole in it! This is now costing the customer a replacement engine & the inconvenience of the car been off the road!

This is why having regular servicing or at the very least oil & filter changes, always with the correct grade oils & at the correct service intervals, can avoid these costly repairs. These 1.2 petrol puretech engines are known for this along with the 1.0 Petrol Ford Eco boost, we have done a few of them now but never one that has caused this much damage! 😲🙈

Happy New Year to all our customers 🍾🥂🥳We hope this year is a good one for you all.
We are a little late in sending the wishes this year as we've had a busy 1st week back & have some of you have been super organised & booked ahead for later in the year 😀

In just a couple of weeks time We will also be celebrating 25 years of Marshbrook being open. None of this would be possible without you all so thank you to each & every one of you, We really do appreciate your loyal custom. 🙂

We have been and truly spoilt by a couple of lovely customers this week.
First up we had a a fab charcuterie board and bread board delivered as a pre Christmas treat - when we say it didn’t last long we mean it! Absolutely amazing 😊
Secondly yesterday we had another lovely customer come in, with fab delivery of pizzas and assorted baked goods from Greggs for all of us as a small token of their appreciation.
Anyone would think it was Christmas with all these food deliveries! 🎅🏼
Suffice to say we were all appreciative of these kind gestures.  😃
