🔧 VW Caddy – Rough Running Fixed at Home! 🚐

This VW Caddy came in with a rough-running engine and an obvious misfire. After diagnosing the issue, the faulty injector was identified and replaced at home.

Injector replaced, engine fired back up and is now running smooth again! ✅

Another job sorted without the need for a trip to the garage. 💪🔧

🔧 Another Vehicle Back to Its Best! 🚗

This vehicle came into us for a Full Service, MOT and front brake discs & pads.

During our inspection, we noticed the front brake pads were wearing unevenly. On further inspection, we found that the pads had previously been installed incorrectly, with the pad contact areas not properly cleaned and prepared. This had caused the pads to become sticky and prevented them from moving and wearing correctly.

🚨🚗VW GOLF GTI 🚗🚨

🚗 Another fault diagnosed and repaired at TJ AUTOS! 🔧

This vehicle came in with a coolant leak and was also stuck in limp mode, leaving the owner with a lack of power.

After carrying out a full diagnosis, we found:
✅ A leaking water pump, causing the coolant loss.
✅ Corroded wiring loom pins, which were creating an electrical fault and triggering limp mode.

The repair involved replacing the faulty water pump, repairing the damaged wiring and corroded terminals, followed by clearing fault codes and carrying out thorough testing to ensure everything was working as it should.

The result? ✅ Coolant leak resolved, full power restored, and another happy customer back on the road.
