Donington Park last weekend, early bath.
Last weekend with Bemsee in the Team Green Junior Cup I joined the NW Racing team for a wildcard ride.
I improved throughout the weekend as the laptimes tumbled and i really felt I had the pace running almost 3 seconds a lap faster than I ever had before.
Race 1 I managed a 6th with the top 9 riders all lapping within a second of each other.
I started race 2 full of confidence, knowing I had the pace but tucked the front at McLeans towards the end of the race and unfortunately that was that for the weekend.
Loads of positives taken from the weekend though.
With the help from Nick Weston and the team I left Donnington a bit battered and bruised but brimming with confidence and excited for the next race. It was great to get a visit from Riz at ARN Race Leathers and I can't thank him enough for the leathers keeping me safe.
