With immediate effect, we will no longer courier tyres where payment is taken over the phone.

Although these sales make up a small percentage of our business, they unfortunately carry the highest fraud risk — and recent experiences have shown how costly these scams can be for independent tyre garages.

We know this may inconvenience some genuine long-distance customers who’ve supported us over the years, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We’re still happy to point people in the right direction for alternative options where possible.

A warning to other garages and suppliers: please be extra careful with card payments taken remotely. One fraudulent sale can end up costing far more than the profit on the job.
